Sparkling Shiraz

Our Sparkling Shiraz shows a nose of ripe cherries, and black pepper spice leading to a palate where the flavours explode in a fusion of soft integrated tannins and rich ripe black plums. The wine is made to be enjoyed now or can be aged for several years.
